Serving as Honorary Chair for Alliance of Consumer Education

I am pleased to announce that I will be the Honorary Chair of the Alliance for Consumer Education (ACE) Board. ACE is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate consumers on the proper use, storage and disposal of household and institutional products.

ACE’s far reaching education initiatives are to address the challenges of inhalant abuse, disease prevention, poison prevention and product management. The work of the board is impressive and life-saving.

As a CPSC Commissioner I look forward to working closely with the ACE foundation. My goal is to further enhance CPSC and ACE’s joint mission of consumer safety by elevating the message of product safety through increased outreach, awareness and safety education.
